Monthly pet rent:&nbsp;<strong>$25.00</strong><br /><br />No exotic animals allowed.&nbsp; If pet is a dog, must be under 45 lbs only.&nbsp; Breed restrictions apply: no Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-hybrids, or mixes with any of these breeds.<br /><br />Assistance and service&nbsp;animals permitted if applicant fulfills requirements necessary and an animal addendum is signed.<br /><br />
