Refundable pet deposit: <strong>$150.00</strong><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;2. Non-refundable pet fee: <strong>$150.00</strong><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3. Monthly pet rent: <strong>$25.00</strong><br /><br />No exotic animals allowed.&nbsp; If pet is a dog, must be under 50&nbsp;lbs only.&nbsp; Breed restrictions apply: no&nbsp;Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf-hybrids, or mixes with any of these breeds.<br /><br />Assistance and service&nbsp;animals permitted if applicant fulfills requirements necessary and an animal addendum is signed.<br />
<p>License/Registration:&nbsp; In Fayette County, KY, all dogs and cats must be licensed annually (other than assistance dogs) and license information provided to management.&nbsp; Proof of rabies vaccination is required for the city license.</p>
